# Expert Hints:

01 -
  • The avocado makes it ridiculously creamy without any dairy
  • You can customize the fruit based on whats in your freezer
  • Takes literally five minutes from start to finish
02 -
  • A really powerful blender makes a huge difference in texture especially with the frozen fruit
  • The chia seeds will make the smoothie thicken up if you let it sit too long so drink it fresh
  • Room temperature fruit works but starting with frozen mango gives you that perfect icy consistency
03 -
  • Start your blender on the lowest setting to break down the spinach before ramping up
  • If the smoothie is too thick add more milk a tablespoon at a time until it reaches your desired consistency
